The University of Mary Washington Women’s Lacrosse team has built an impressive culture of success at both the conference and national levels, including 14 NCAA Division III Tournament appearances and 271 wins since 2000. We strive to provide our student-athletes with a fantastic experience that will leave them with a lifetime of memories, as well as push them to be their best both on the field and in the classroom. 

Following our fourth straight appearance in the national tournament, our Eagles finished the shortened 2021 season ranked 25th in the nation while achieving a 5-6 record. In addition, the 2021 team also achieved a high team GPA of a 3.56 with 31 named to the All C2C Academic team. 

Our biggest fundraising need for the 2021 season is our 2022 spring break tip. We will be heading down to Tennessee this year to compete and the team is so excited to travel together for some great lacrosse and memories. In order to continue to provide our program with great team experiences and travel, we ask for your support to help with expenses which exceed what can be feasibly provided by the UMW Athletics Department.
