Our Crowdfunding Groups
Ultimate frisbee is a unique sport that values the community it creates. The UMW Women’s Ultimate Frisbee team, Mary Massacre, strives to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. We are dedicated to promoting a culture of fair play, sportsmanship, and player development. Our core values of diversity and equity are considered our utmost priority.
We are proud to play at multiple USAU-sanctioned tournaments every season and have received bids to D-3 Nationals in 2019 and 2022. We value contributing to the greater frisbee community, where we have participated in events like youth clinics.
The funds we raise are used to cover tournament bid fees as well as team travel expenses such as gas and hotels. This ultimately helps us to reduce the cost of dues for student players.
