Our Crowdfunding Groups
Optica is a club dedicated to STEM outreach and showing that anyone can be a scientist, regardless of their background. A lot of our projects are focused on the study of optics, anything that deals with the manipulation of light such as lenses, telescopes, microscopes, and more. This year, we are planning to host a pocket laser building night, a Women in STEM panel, and game night collaborations with other clubs. We’d also like to begin doing science demonstrations at schools within the community.
Your support will help with costs for these events as well as transportation to and from outreach events.
