Mary Washington Women's Soccer aims to enhance every player's experience at UMW by creating a competitive environment for them to succeed on and off the field. Our biggest points of emphasis as a program are leadership, character, and work rate. We believe that these three aspects of being a student and athlete create the best opportunity for each player to maximize their potential.

• Quality gear for players to wear on the field for training and travel
• Travel expenses for away games, including healthy meals and lodging
• Co-curricular experiences to build well-rounded student-athletes
• Video analysis software that will give the players a great perspective on improving their performance
