Women in Business

Women in Business empowers and supports female students pursuing careers in business by providing mentorship, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. Through monthly meetings, guest speakers, and career resources, we create a supportive community where members can build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and prepare for success beyond UMW.

Your support will make these opportunities possible by funding engaging workshops, networking events, and leadership conferences. Contributions will also help us expand our outreach within UMW and the Fredericksburg community, provide refreshments for meetings, and host our end-of-semester celebration recognizing outstanding members.
