UMW Lightsaber Duels

At UMW Lightsaber Duels, we foster a community of camaraderie and leadership through a shared love of Star Wars, lightsaber dueling, and performing arts. Our club helps members build confidence, teamwork, time management, expressiveness, and accountability. As a hub for Star Wars fandom and creative performance, we provide a safe space for students to choreograph and perform original lightsaber duels for the campus and Fredericksburg community. We also host showcases, bake sales, and collaborative events with other campus organizations.

Your support will help us purchase costumes, makeup, lightsabers, props, and technical equipment, enabling high-quality performances that captivate audiences and highlight our members’ creativity and talent.
