Fine Print

Fine Print is a club for writers and writing admirers alike! Our primary mission is to make a place for the writing community of Mary Washington to come together admire and appreciate the works of writers who are still with us or came before us. We host regular events including Litjams (open mic nights), writing workshops, and literary discussions that inspire creativity and foster connections among aspiring writers. 

Your gift will support field trips to literary events and venues, as well as support our on-campus programming, including our popular Litjam open-mic nights that showcase student talent and creativity. Past field trips include the Poe Museum in Richmond, the Shakespeare Folger Library in D.C., and Planet Word in D.C. With your support, we hope to host bigger on-campus events and take students on more trips to learn about the literary world.
